1. Duties and Responsibilities： 工作職責(zé)

1. Accomplish set up and renovation of each store.

完成屈臣氏店鋪的營(yíng)建及改造工作。

2. Coordinate with each department ensure new store opening smoothly.

協(xié)調(diào)各相關(guān)部門(mén)以確保新店的順利開(kāi)張。

3. Good communication with design department and confirm draft paper as well as relevant drawing.

與設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)良好溝通，盡快確認(rèn)圖紙及相關(guān)效果圖紙。

4. Supervise the progress of new store opening by professional knowledge to ensure the quality of project perfect.

運(yùn)用良好的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)在新店的營(yíng)建過(guò)程中加以督促，確保施工質(zhì)量的完美。

5. Keep relationship with supplier and follow up project seriously, supervise on project and brand as well.

認(rèn)真計(jì)算工程量，與承建商保持溝通，在品牌、工程量方面嚴(yán)格把關(guān)。

2. Qualifications： 要求

1. Graduate from college or above.

大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷。

2. At least 3 years Project Officer experience.

3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3. People orientated with good communication skill.

良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。

4. Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals.

具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，發(fā)展和運(yùn)用合作關(guān)系來(lái)達(dá)到團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)。

5. Good PC skills, especially Auto-CAD.

電腦操作熟練，Auto-CAD使用熟練。
